摘要: 叶用莴苣新品种‘中生4号’来源于种质资源KNV000485的自然变异株,在育种加速器中自交选育而成,育种周期(2年)较常规育种缩短2/3。散叶,叶丛半直立,成熟叶绿色,呈窄椭圆形、无叶裂、无缺刻、先端圆形、质地软、厚度中等,叶面泡状程度强,叶缘波状程度弱,抗坏血酸含量0.125 mg · g-1,单株367.7 g,露地平均产量39 059.4 kg · hm-2,水培平均产量39 118.8 kg · hm-2。适宜成都平原及盆周丘陵地区秋冬季节露地栽培,亦适宜温室和植物工厂水耕栽培。

Abstract: The new lettuce cultivar‘Zhongsheng 4’was bred through self-cross selection using a natural variant of the lettuce germplasm resource named KNV000485. It was bred in only two years by using plant factory-based speed breeding method,which shortened the breeding cycle by two thirds compared with traditional techniques. This new cultivar belongs to the looseleaf lettuce type. The mature leaves are green,narrowly oval in shape,rounded at the tip,soft and of medium thickness. The bubbles on the surface are prominent and the waviness at the edges of the leaves is mild. The ascorbic acid content is 0.125 mg · g-1,the fresh weight is 367.7 g,the average yield is 39 059.4 kg · hm-2,and the hydroponic cultivation yield is 39 118.8 kg · hm-2. It is suitable for open-field cultivation in autumn and winter in the Chengdu Plain and surrounding hilly areas,as well as for hydroponic cultivation in greenhouses and plant factories.
