Abstract: ‘Xingli 20’is a new high-quality and late-ripening pear cultivar selected from the cross of ‘Huangguan’and‘Jinhua’. The tree has a strong growth vigor and upright posture ability. The fruit is short and conical with yellow peel and an average single fruit weight of 218.73 g. The sepal is absent. The flesh is milky white. The flavor is sour and sweet and the average content of soluble solids is 15.46%. The average fruit firmness is 66.64 N · cm^-2. In Xingcheng,Liaoning,the fruit ripens in early and middle October,and the fruit development period is about 170 d. The yield of the full fruit was about 37 770 kg · hm^-2. It is suitable for cultivation in Huludao,Liaoning and Tangshan,Hebei and similar ecological areas.
