摘要：

采用"3414"不完全正交回归设计，利用盆栽试验研究金盏菊氮磷钾肥施用效果，并筛选适宜的肥料配方。结果表明，氮肥和磷肥对金盏菊的营养生长和生殖生长均有较大影响，而钾肥效果主要表现在生长后期。氮、磷间有明显的正交互作用。以金盏菊总花数、功能叶片数、株高、植株干样质量为目标，进行统计分析，得出盆栽（每盆装基质2 kg）金盏菊氮（N）、磷（P₂O₅）、钾（K₂O）的最佳施用量为0.4、0.2和0.3 g·kg^-1。

Abstract:

Effect of N, P and K fertilization on Calenduld officinalis L. growth and suitable fertilizer formula of NPK nutrients ratio for the flower was carried out through pot experiment with "3414" incomplete regression-orthogonal design. Our results showed that the N and P played important role in vegetative and reproductive growth. The effect of K was mainly reflected in late growth stage. There is a obvious positive interactions of N and P. Regarding total flowers, functional leavers, plant height and dry weight as the target, it was showed that the recommended fertilizer amount of N, P₂O₅ and K₂O for pot application were 0.4, 0.2 and 0.3 g·kg^-1 (each pot filled with 2 kg substrate) .
