The Effects of 6-BA on Multi-topbud Plant Growth of Dracaena sanderiana‘Virens’

摘要: 用剥去叶片和除去生长点的富贵竹枝段为材料, 研究了6-BA对其生长的影响。结果表明, 不同浓度6-BA处理的植株顶芽数、多顶芽植株(顶芽≥3) 百分率、顶芽长度、顶芽直径、茎新增高度、茎粗度差、根鲜样质量和商品率指标呈显著或极显著差异。6-BA最适处理浓度为60 mg·L - 1 , 可显著提高植株顶芽数、多顶芽植株百分率和商品率。

Abstract: Application of 6-BA to branches of Dracaena sanderiana ‘Virens’defoliated and with growth points removed shows that 6-BA at different concentrations has significant differences in its effect on the number of top buds, percentage of multi-top bud plant (with three ormore top buds) , length and diameter of top
buds, growth in height and diameter of the stems, fresh root mass and qualified output rate. It also shows 6-BA at 60 mg·L - 1 as the best treatment concentration, at which the number of buds, percentage of multitop bud plant and qualified output rate can be significantly raised.
