同源四倍体库拉索芦荟的离体培养

摘要: 采用不定芽组织培养技术, 对完全四倍体植株进行快繁的同时, 对嵌合体中与四倍体在形态
上一致的芽进行纯化和稳定。试验表明: 芽的分化、增殖的优化培养基为MS+ 6-BA 1 mg/ L, 诱导增殖根的优化培养基为MS+ 2 mg/ L IBA+ 0. 3 mg/ L NAA+ 0. 3%活性炭。

关键词: 芦荟, 同源四倍体, 离体培养, 快速繁殖

Abstract: We used adventitious buds as explants for tissue culture to rapidly propagate tetraploid, and to purify and stabilize the buds of chimera. The results showed that the opt imal culture media are: MS+ 6-BA 1 mg/
L for differentiation of advent itious buds and successive transfer culture, and MS+ IBA 2 mg/ L+ NAA 0. 3 mg/ L + AC 0. 3% for successfully propagation and differentiation of roots.
