The regulation mechanism of Chl biosynthesis-related genes by transcription factors in the light signaling pathway and histone epigenetic modifications were emphasized,which may help us to explore effective pathways and target molecules in light-regulation of Chl biosynthesis,and promote Chl accumulation via genetic engineering and environmental regulation. %U https://www.ahs.ac.cn/EN/10.16420/j.issn.0513-353x.2018-0799
