Abstract: This paper reviewed the effects of different light quality on the content of glucosinolates in cruciferous crops. The molecular mechanisms of light-regulation glucosinolates biosynthesis were summarized from key genes expression,photosynthetic glucose signal transduction,nitrogen and sulfur assimilation. The results and data can support the light-regulation theory and plant LED production.
