酸枣和赞皇大枣花粉母细胞减数分裂的观察

摘要: 以酸枣和赞皇大枣为试材, 对其花粉母细胞的减数分裂过程进行了系统观察, 并将减数分裂
的各个时期加以描述和分析。结果表明, 酸枣减数分裂符合二倍体的分裂规则; 赞皇大枣分裂不规则, 终变期出现单价体、二价体和三价体, 且减数分裂后期Ⅰ和后期Ⅱ出现落后染色体, 最终产生三分体、四分体、五分体、六分体, 形成不等孢子。

Abstract: Wild jujube and‘ZanhuangDazao’as experimentalmaterials in this experimentwere used to observe the meiosis course of pollen mother cells, and the various periods of the meiosis were described and analyzed. The results showed thatwild jujube accorded with the separatist rule of the meiosis with dip loid. The meiosis of‘Zanhuang Dazao’was irregular. The diakinesis appeared univalent, bivalent and trivalent. The lagging chromosomes were observed in anaphase Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Finally there p roduced triad, tetrad, pentad,
hexad, and formed unequal spores.
