瓜枝孢弱致病菌诱导黄瓜植保素的积累及抑菌活性

摘要: 瓜枝孢(Cladosporium cucumernium ) 弱致病菌株2-2A2诱导黄瓜产生对黄瓜黑星病的抗病性反应。对经2-2A2诱导后黄瓜叶片中提取的物质进行生物活性试验、硅胶板薄层层析、高效液相色谱分析,证明2-2A2可以有效诱导黄瓜中类黄酮类植保素的积累。

Abstract: Effect of resistance of cucumber against Cladosporium cucumernium was induced by pathogenicity-impaired strains (PIS) 2-2A2. The toxicity of extracted compounds to C.cucumernium was carried out successively by bioassay, thin-layer chromatograms ( TLC ) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the effective ingredients were flavonoid phytoalexins and they could be induced by PIS 2-2A2 in cucumber leaves.
