摘要:

‘早生新水’是‘新水’的实生后代。在上海地区7月中下旬成熟, 果实扁圆形, 果皮浅黄褐色。平均单果质量140~217 g, 最大单果质量达450 g以上。果肉脆嫩, 几乎无石细胞, 汁液极其丰富,可溶性固形物可达到12%~14%。

Abstract:

‘Zaosheng Xinshui’, a new earlymaturity and high-quality new variety ofAsian pear ( Py rus pyrifolia Nakai) , is a seedling of‘Xinshui’.‘Zaosheng Xinshui’matures from middle to late July in Shanghai. The fruit is flat-round and weak yellowish2brown in skin colour. The average fruitmass is 140 - 217 g, the largest ismore than 450 g. The flesh is crisp, nearly no stone cell, abundance juice and soluble solid concentration is 12% - 14%.
