摘要:

目前南天竹炭疽病的病原菌存在争议。近年来四川成都种植的南天竹中炭疽病发生较为严重,为弄清其病原菌,采集疑似病叶分离培养,纯化后经柯赫氏法则确定为致病菌并对其进行鉴定。依据菌落特征、分生孢子及附着胞的形态等特征,结合多基因序列分析,将致病菌确定为松针炭疽菌(Colletotrichum fioriniae)、喀斯特炭疽菌(C. karstii)和暹罗炭疽菌(C. siamense)。

Abstract:

Anthracnose is a terrible disease of Nandina domestica in Chengdu,Sichuan,but its pathogen has not been identified. N. domestica leaves with anthracnose were collected for pathogen isolation. Through tissue separation and single-spore purification,a few of microbes were identified as the pathogens of anthracnose by Koch’s postulates. Combining the characteristics of colony,conidia and appressoria,and the phylogenetic analyses of multilocus sequences,these pathogens were identified as Colletotrichum fioriniae,C. karstii and C. siamense.
