火龙果新品种‘莞华白’

摘要: ‘莞华白’是通过实生选种途径从‘红水晶’火龙果实生后代中选育的新品种。果实长椭圆形,平均单果质量300.0 g,果皮浅红色,鳞片较短,果肉白色,肉质爽脆、味清甜,可溶性固形物含量15.2%,可滴定酸含量0.13%,可食率76.6%。每年开花结果10 ~ 12批次。

Abstract: ‘Guanhuabai’is a new white-fleshed pitaya cultivar selected from‘Hongshuijing’through seedling selection. The fruit is long oval. Average fruit weight is approximately 300.0 g. The flesh is white,with an average total soluble solids content of 15.2% and titratable acid content of 0.13%. The edible rate is 76.6%. There are 10–12 batches of fruit per year.
