鲜食制干兼用枣新品种‘紫脆红’

摘要: ‘紫脆红’枣是从济南南部山区枣树实生群体中选育出的鲜食和制干兼用新品种。果实圆锥形,平均单果质量8.1 g,可食率93.2%。果皮紫红色,果面光滑,果肉白色,汁液量中等,脆甜,有核。鲜果可溶性固形物37.8%,维生素C 3.21 mg ? g-1。干枣总糖61.7%,制干率55.8%。在济南地区9月中旬成熟,果实发育期80 ~ 85 d。改接后第4年株产5.6 kg,丰产,稳产。抗裂果,抗旱,抗病,耐瘠薄,适应性强。

Abstract: ‘Zicuihong’,a new Chinese jujube for fresh-eating and drying was selected from the seedling populations of southern mountains in Ji’nan. The shape of the fruit is conical with the average fruit weight of 8.1 g,and its edible rate is 93.2%. The ripe fruit is purplish-red with smooth surface. The flesh is white,crisp and sweet with medium juice and stone. The soluble solids content,the vitamin C content,the sugar content of dried fruit and the dried rate are 37.8%,3.21 mg ? g-1,61.7% and 55.8%,respectively. It matures in mid September in Jinan and the fruit developing period is 80–85 days. The yield is 5.6 kg per plant in the fourth year after grafting. This new cultivar has high and steady yield,resistance to cracking,drought and barren,and strong adaptability.
