Ethylene Responsive Factors ERF Regulated the Hypoxia Response of Transformed Chrysanthemum Lines

摘要: 将参与柿果实低氧胁迫响应的异源基因DkERF9转化到切花菊‘九月九’植株中,经PCR检测,获得了5株过量表达(35S︰︰DkERF9)的阳性植株。进一步比较分析了35S︰︰DkERF9植株与野生型植株的耐淹水性,发现水培低氧胁迫处理2周后,35S︰︰DkERF9植株较野生型植物生长缓慢,根系生长和茎的伸长均受到显著抑制,叶片颜色较淡;移除水培低氧胁迫处理3周后,生长部分恢复,但是叶片颜色及整体长势均弱于野生型植株。

Abstract: The exogenous DkERF9,a reported hypoxia responsive gene from persimmon,was transformed into‘Jiuyuejiu’chrysanthemum. Five positive lines(35S::DkERF9)were obtained and verified with PCR. Compared to the wild type plants,the growth of 35S::DkERF9 lines were inhibited significantly by water planting treatments for two weeks,as the length of roots and shoots were shorter in 35S::DkERF9 lines. The differences between 35S::DkERF9 lines and wild type plants remain significant,after three weeks recovery.
