摘要: 从马铃薯耐盐资源的评价、盐胁迫对马铃薯的生理影响、马铃薯盐胁迫应答分子机制和基因工程提高马铃薯耐盐性等4个方面综述马铃薯耐盐性研究现状,并做出讨论和展望,以期为揭示马铃薯耐盐机理、耐盐种质资源鉴定和培育耐盐马铃薯品种提供理论参考。

关键词: 马铃薯, 耐盐性, 评价, 生理, 分子机制, 基因工程

Abstract: The present status of salt tolerance in potato was reviewed from 4 aspects:the evaluation of salt tolerance resources in potato,physiological response and molecular mechanism under salt stress and potato improvement with salt tolerance by genetic engineering. Meanwhile,the related problems of potato salt tolerance research are discussed and prospected. Some suggestions are as references to reveal the mechanism of salt tolerance in potato,identify salt resistant resources and innovate salt tolerant varieties.
