摘要: 介绍了叶色变化的生态适应意义、环境条件影响、生理生化以及叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青素合成代谢相关基因转录和miRNA调控等方面的研究进展,为植物色素研究和叶色品种改良提供参考。

关键词: 叶色, 分子调控, 叶绿素, 类胡萝卜素, 花青素

Abstract: In this review,we summarize recent advances in the mechanism of leaf coloration,including the functional significance of ecological adaptation,the effects of environmental factors,physiological and biochemical changes,and biosynthesis of chlorophyll,carotenoid,anthocyanin at transcriptional and miRNA regulations. These results will provide a reference for studying plant pigments and leaf color improvements.
