优质抗寒抗病酿酒葡萄新品种‘北玺’

A High Quality and Resistance Wine Grape Cultivar‘Beixi’

摘要: 葡萄新品种‘北玺’由‘玫瑰香’与山葡萄杂交育成。浆果在北京地区9月底成熟。果粒近圆或椭圆形,紫黑或蓝黑色。平均单穗质量137.9 g,单粒质量2.24 g。可溶性固形物含量23.8%,可滴定酸含量0.52%,出汁率67.4%。抗寒和抗病能力强。酿制的葡萄酒颜色深宝石红,入口柔和、协调,酒体厚实,回味悠长。

Abstract: ‘Beixi’is derived from‘Muscat Hamburg’(Vitis vinifera L.) and V. amurensis. Berries mature at the end of September in Beijing. The fruit cluster is round or oval,purple black or blue black,weighing 137.9 g on average. The average weight of single berry is 2.24 g. The flesh is soft with 23.8% soluble solids content,0.52% titratable acid content and production of juice 67.4%. It has high resistance to cold and diseases. The red wine produced is deep ruby red with aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry. This well balanced wine presents a good structure,and is smooth and round in mouth with a long aftertaste.
