花青素积累相关负调控因子的研究进展

摘要: 植物花青素的积累受正调控因子与负调控因子的影响,过去多集中于对正调控因子的研究,
而最近注意到负调控因子对于保证植物正确响应发育及环境信号,进而精细调控花青素的积累具有重要
作用。从结构特征,作用机制,参与的调控途径等方面综述了与植物花青素积累相关的负调控因子的研
究进展,根据其对花青素合成关键基因的调控方式分为转录水平调控的转录抑制因子、参与转录后水平
调控的负调控因子以及具体作用机制尚不明确的因子3 大类,并对相关后续研究方向进行了探讨。

关键词: 花青素, 积累, 负调控因子

Abstract: Anthocyanin accumulation in plants is influenced by a number of positive and negative regulators. Previous studies mainly focused on the transcriptional activators,and several transcriptional repressors have been shown to negatively regulate anthocyanin biosynthesis recently. It is becoming increasingly clear that negative regulators play important roles in precise regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis responding to different developmental and environmental signals. In this paper,the latest advances in research progress of negative regulators in anthocyanin accumulation were reviewed from the aspects of structure,mechanism and regulatory pathway. These repressors can be divided into three types depending on their regulatory mechanism:Transcriptional repressors,posttranscriptional repressors and those with unclear mechanism. Finally,the new research directions of these regulators were discussed.
