栽培茄与野生茄种间杂交研究

摘要: 以茄子栽培种(Solanum melongena)自交系‘E-35’、‘E-38’、‘E-8’、‘E-30’与野生种水茄(Solanum torvum)为亲本进行种间杂交,获得了E-35×Solanum torvum的种间杂种。对F1杂种进行形态学、RAPD、GISH分析以及抗病性鉴定。结果表明:种间F1多数形态性状居中,花粉具有较高的活力,具有可稔性。RAPD以及GISH分析表明,F1植株不仅包含双亲带型,而且产生新的特征带,含有栽培茄与野生茄染色体,染色体数为2n=24,表明所得的F1杂种为真正的种间杂种。杂种经过人工接种及田间发病鉴定,表现高抗青枯病,其抗青枯病性状可能由两对显性基因控制。该种质可以作为茄子抗病育种的一个新抗源。

Abstract: In order to obtain the new disease-resistance resource in eggplant, inter-specific hybridization was made with pollination between Solanum torvum and Solanum melongena inbreeding lines,‘E-8’,‘E-30’, ‘E-35’,‘E-38’. Only the inter-specific hybrid of ‘E-35’×Solanum torvum was obtained. The hybrid were identified by morphology , RAPD and GISH methods, the disease-resistance of the hybrid was tested by inoculation .The results showed that the morphological characteristic of F1 hybrid was intermediate to that of its parent , the pollen viability of F1 hybrid was high , its seed was fertile. Not only its parent characteristic bands, but also some new characteristic bands of hybrid were observed in F1 hybrid plant , and the chromosome of both parent (Solanum melongena ‘E-35’and Solanum torvum) were determined in F1 hybrid , its NO. of chromosome was about 2n = 24,those showed that the F1 hybrid was a real inter-specific hybrid. The hybrid showed high bacterial wilt resistance by inoculated to race 1 of bacterial wilt and in the field, the resistance to bacterial wilt may be controlled by two dominance genes. So the inter-specific hybrid can be used as a new resource with resistance to bacterial wilt for eggplant breeding .
