水肥供应对番茄中番茄红素含量的影响

Effects of Water and Fertilizer Supply on Lycopene Content in Tomato Fruit

摘要: 采用五元二次正交旋转组合设计,通过番茄盆栽试验,研究灌水量和氮、磷、钾肥及有机肥用量对番茄红素含量的影响。通过回归分析,建立了番茄红素含量与水肥因子间的数学模型,并对各单一因素及两两因素的耦合效应进行了分析。结果表明,在试验条件下,当其他因子为中间水平时,番茄中番茄红素含量随灌水量、施磷量以及有机肥用量呈开口向下的抛物线型变化,随氮、钾肥用量呈开口向上的抛物线型变化;交互效应表现为,磷与钾、磷与有机肥以及钾与有机肥用量间存在极显著的交互作用,氮与钾、氮与有机肥用量间存在显著的交互效应,水分与其他因素间的交互效应不显著。表明灌水量、磷和有机肥用量过高不利于番茄红素的累积,合理增施氮肥和钾肥可有效提高番茄红素含量。

Abstract: Using a pot experiment and quadratic orthogonal regressive rotation design with five factors,the effects of irrigation amount and fertilizer rates of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and manure on lycopene content in tomato were investigated. A model of regression relationship between water and fertilizer amounts and lycopene content in tomato was established. Single and coupling effects of all five experimental factors were studied. The results showed that for the soil and tomato variety used in the experiment,if other factors were zero codes,the relationship between lycopene content and irrigation amount,P fertilizer or manure rates could be estimated with a second-degree parabola,which was open downward,while the second-degree parabola between lycopene content and N or K fertilizer rates was open upward. Significant interactions occurred between the rates of P and K,P and manure,or K and manure,and certain interactions occurred between N and K,or N and manure,but no interaction between irrigation amount and any other experimental factors. It was indicated that large irrigation,or overuse of P fertilizer and manure did not benefit the lycopene content,and reasonable supply of N and K fertilizers could enhance the lycopene content in tomato effectively.
