摘要: ‘金谷大枣’是从山西省枣主产区优良种质资源中选育出的丰产、大果形、优质、抗病、抗裂果、干鲜兼用的新品种。果实大,长圆柱形,略扁,单果质量24.1 g,大小整齐。果面较平滑,果皮较薄,深红色,果肉肉质较致密。鲜枣总糖含量29.68%,酸0.64%,维生素C 2 918.8 mg · kg-1。制干率54.6%。干枣含总糖65.11%,酸1.21%。在山西太谷,9月下旬完全成熟。

Abstract: ‘Jingu Dazao’was excavated in Shanxi Province,as a new Chinese jujube cultivar with high yield,huge fruit,good quality and resistance to fruit diseases and cracking. Its fruit is big,long cylindrical and slightly flat in shape. The average fruit weight is 24.1 g. Its fruit skin is smooth,thin and deep red. Its flesh is intermediate compact in texture. The contents of total sugar,acidity and vitamin C in fresh fruit are 29.68%,0.64% and 2 918.8 mg · kg-1 respectively. The contents of total sugar and acidity in dried fruit are 65.11% and 1.21%. It ripens in middle or late September in Taigu,Shanxi,China.
