不同光照环境对‘薇安’铁线莲光合特性的影响

摘要: 比较了露地、屋后背阴处和遮荫塑料大棚等3种不同光照环境对大花铁线莲品种‘薇安’光合特性的影响。结果表明:同露地和遮荫塑料大棚的栽培植株相比,生长在屋后背阴处的植株具有较高的光饱和点(LSP)、饱和光合速率(Pmax),最大羧化速率(Vcmax)和较高的光化学效率。这与该生长环境具有合适的光照强度和温度密切相关。‘薇安’铁线莲主要通过比叶质量(LMA)、光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)和呼吸速率(Rd)的改变来适应栽培环境的变化,而叶绿素、叶氮含量及叶氮在光合器官中的分配等在其对环境的适应过程中作用较小。

Abstract: The influences of different light environments(open field,shadow by house,green-house with shade cloth)on photosynthetic characteristics of Clematis‘Vyryan Pennell’were compared. The results were showed that,when compared with the plant growing in the open field and shade cloth,the plant growing in half-shadow by house had higher light saturation point(LSP),maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pmax),maximum carboxylation rate(Vcmax)and photochemical efficiency. This difference was associated closely with the environmental factors under half-shadow by house conditions,i.e. appropriate light intensity and temperature. This species adapt to the changes of growing environment mainly through the changes in leaf mass area(LMA),light saturation point(LSP),light compensation point(LCP)and respiration rate(Rd). The content of chlorophyll,leaf nitrogen content and leaf nitrogen distribution in the photosynthetic apparatus had little contritution to the adaptation of‘Vyryan Pennell’to changing environments.
