摘要: 通过农杆菌介导法将超强表达载体PECp中的豇豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂基因CpTI转入了苹果品种‘ 嘎拉’。GUS检测和Southern 杂交结果证明CpTI基因已经整合进苹果基因组。

Abstract: Cowpea trypsin inhibitor ( CpTI) gene in super expression binary vector PECp was transferred to apple cultivar ‘Gala’ using Agrobacterium mediated leaf disc transformation method. GUS staining and southern blot confirmed that CpTI gene was inserted into apple genome.
