Effects of Different Low Temperature Treatments on Compositions of Polar Lipids in Cucumber Cotyledons

摘要: 研究了黄瓜子叶极性脂的组分及其脂肪酸组成于不同温度(25、20、15、10 ℃)处理下的变化。结果表明: 黄瓜子叶在15 ℃处理条件下虽无可见冷伤害症状, 但类脂成分已发生显著变化。双半乳糖甘油二酯(DGDG) 含量明显升高, 而磷脂酰胆碱(PC) 、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE) 大幅度减少; 且主要类脂MGDG、DGDG及PC 中不饱和度高的分子种含量增多,最终导致总类脂的不饱和脂肪酸, 尤其是亚麻酸增多。说明黄瓜子叶在15 ℃下处理7 d , 已经对低温产生了冷适应性。

Abstract: This paper studied the changes of polar lipid and fatty acid compositions in cucumber cotyledons under different temperature (25 ℃, 20 ℃, 15 ℃, 10 ℃) treatments. Though there was no visible injury from chilling , polar lipid compositions in cucumber cotyledons changed. Under 15 ℃, the relative content of DGDG significantly increased ; PC , PE decreased greatly. Molecular
species of main polar lipids also changed , more unsaturated molecular species in MGDG, DGDGand PC increased. These changes resulted in the increase of unsaturated fatty acids of total lipid , especially linolenic acid. Therefore , the chilling acclimation of cucumber cotyledons could be achieved by pre-exposure to 15 ℃for seven days.
