摘要: 采用RAPD技术研究了新铁炮百合(Lilium formolongi) 自交初代的遗传多样性变化, 建立了
自交系纯合分子判断标准。研究结果表明, F2、F3、F4 世代株系多态性百分比分别为59.1%、56.6%、48.0% , 遗传多样性指数分别为1.749、1.530、1.292, 平均遗传距离分别为0.121、0.207、0.238。在总变异中, 世代内的分布Hpop /Hsp和世代间分布(Hsp-Hpop) /Hsp遗传多样性所占的比率分别为76.2%和23.8%。

Abstract: In Order to monitor the homozygous progress of inbred breeding in molecular level and to establish homozygousmolecular criteron of inbred lines of Lilium formolongi, the genetic diversity in self-inbred early generations of Lilium form olongiwas studied by RAPD. The results indicated that the percentage of polymorphic bands of F2 , F3 and F4 generations were 59.1%, 56.6%, 48.0% respectively, the Shannon genetic diversity indeces 1.749, 1.530, 1.292 respectively, the mean genetic distances 0.121, 0.207, 0.238 respectively.
Among total variation, intrapopulation genetic diversity accounted for 76.2%, interpopulation for 23.8%.
