摘要: MseI/ Pst I 引物M21P69 对哈密瓜一代杂种‘雪里红’及其父母本, M17P35 对哈密瓜一代杂种‘9818’和‘9321’和各自的父母本间扩增的AFLP 指纹, 可清楚地表明一代杂种与其父母本之间的遗传关系, 并可作为杂交种纯度鉴定的依据。

Abstract: Two pairs of MseI/ PstI primer combinations of M21P69 and M17P35 produced polymorphic bands among three Hami Melon hybrids and their parents respectively , which clearly revealed the genetic relationship among hybrid and their parents and can be as the basis of purity identification for Hami Melon hybrid.
