关于胡柚起源的分子研究

摘要: 对5个主要柑橘种类的RAPD分析结果表明, 在重复性好的OP46引物的扩增中, 胡柚与柚相
同的谱带有6条, 与宽皮橘相同的有6条, 与甜橙相同的有4条, 结合品种表型性状特征和抗寒性分析,推断胡柚是由宽皮橘、柚和甜橙重复进行自然杂交所产生的杂柑类品种。

Abstract: RAPD analysis on five cultivars of citrus showed that in the amplification bands of OP46 primer, huyou had six bands same as pomelo's and tangerin's respectively; and had four bands same as orange's . Combined RAPD analysis with characterist ics and cold resistance, it can be inferred that huyou is polyhybrid from repeatedly natural hybridization of pomelo, tangerin and orange.
