摘要: 研究了影响紫萁孢子萌发的因素。紫萁孢子萌发的最佳培养基为1/ 8 MS 培养基, 孢子接种密
度以3 000 个/ cm2 为宜。孢子萌发后逐渐长成丝状体、片状体和原叶体。孢子萌发4 个月后开始形成孢子体。有利于原叶体生长分化和孢子体生长的培养基为1/ 8 MS + 6-BA 1 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L , 孢子体生根培养基以1/ 8 MS + 6-BA 0. 5 mg/L + NAA 1 mg/L 为宜。紫萁幼苗的生长与阳光、温度、湿度密切相关。

Abstract: The factors of influencing spore germination was studied in this paper. The suitable culture medium and spore density for Osmunda japonica Thund. spores was 1/ 8 MS and 3 000/ cm2. After germinating, spores grew into the filiform shape , flaky , prothallium and developed into sporophyte 4 months later. The optimized culture medium for prothallium to disintegrate sporophyte was 1/ 8 MS + 6-BA 1 + NAA 0. 5 and culture mediumof root growing was 1/ 8 MS + 6-BA 0. 5 + NAA 1. 0. The growth of seedlings was closely related to sunlight , temperature and humidity.
