两个黄瓜品种嫁接苗光合特性及养分吸收特性的研究

摘要: 研究结果表明, 以黑籽南瓜为砧木的'津优1号'和'农城4号'两个黄瓜品种嫁接苗的养分吸收能力均显著( P< 0. 05 ) 高于自根苗; 农城4 号嫁接苗的叶绿素含量、光合速率及地上部干样质量极显著( P< 0. 01 ) 高于其自根苗。

Abstract: Photosynthetic characteristic and nutrient absorption characterist ic of two grafted cucumber seedlings at the same rootstock were studied. The results showed that nutrient absorption ability of two grafted seedlings was much higher than that of auto&#1048577;root seedlings; the chlorophyll content , Pn and Shoot DW of 'Nongcheng 4' grafted seedlings were much higher than that of auto root seedlings.
