Effects of Spermidine on the Anti-Oxidization Enzyme of Kiwifruit during storage

摘要: 研究了不同亚精胺处理对猕猴桃采后抗氧化酶活性及保鲜效果的影响, 结果表明: 猕猴桃果
实采后(8 ±2) ℃条件下贮藏12 d , SOD 活性达到高峰; POD、CAT、ASP 活性高峰相对SOD 推迟约13 d。不同亚精胺处理均不同程度地延缓了SOD 活性高峰的出现, 提高了SOD、CAT 的活性, 减少了MDA 的积累,降低了POD、ASP 的活性峰值, 延长了猕猴桃的贮藏保鲜期, 其中以Spd 与NAA 结合处理的效果最为显著。

Abstract: The effects of various Spd treatment on the anti2oxidization enzymes and quality of kiwifruit (Actinidia Chinensis) were studied. The results showed that the peak of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity has appeared after 12 days storage at (8 ±2) ℃, Comparatively , the peak of peroxidase ( POD) 、catalase (CAT) 、ascorbate specific peroxidase (ASP) activity postponed appearing after 25 days. All the Spd treatments postponed the appearance of SOD activity peak , increased SOD and CAT activity ; decreased the accumulation of malodiadehoyde (MDA) ; cut down POD activity peak , extended the time of storage. Spd and Spd + NAA dipping fruit treatments , were more effective than other treatment .
