摘要: 对山葡萄雄株在花前20 d 用62BA、KT230S 沾花序处理, 进行性别转换试验, KT230S 100 mg/kg 的效果稳定可靠, 花序坐果率达96. 7 % , 雄株系间果实性状存在较大差异。性别转换雄株的种子具有较高的发芽率, 最高可达24. 34 %。

Abstract: Through the sex conversion experiment of Vitis amurensis , it was found that the effect of 100 mg/ kg KT230S on the sex conversion of male plants was most stable and reliable in the treatments of 62BA or KT230S that
was used 20 days before flowering , as a result , the fruit setting rate of inflorescence could reach 96. 7 %. It was also found that there were differences in the fruit characters among different male plants. There was high germination percentage of seeds in conversion plants and the highest was 24. 34 %.
