摘要: 利用RAPD 技术对、桃、李部分南方品种进行鉴定, 并探讨了与桃李之间的亲缘关系。聚类分析结果显示, 不是桃和李的杂交种, 或李的变种, 应当是李属的一个种或亚种。RAPD 技术能很好地用于桃、李、种间和品种之间的鉴定。

Abstract: Some southern cultivars of plum, peach and nai were examined by RAPDs in this assay and discussed the genetic relat ionships of nai cultivars. Cluster analysis based on similarity coefficients showed that nai was one of species in Prunus instead of the hybrid between peach and plum, or variety of Prunus. RAPD is a valuable tool for the ident ification of specific genotypes and analysis of genetic relationships.
