摘要: 运用RAPD 技术, 采用集群分析法进行了苹果抗寒矮化种质资源扎矮76 〔Malus baccata (L. )Borkh. 〕显性矮生主基因Dw连锁的分子标记研究。研究结果表明, 扎矮76 的矮生性状由显性单基因控制, RAPD 标记OPE1521001 与Dw基因连锁, 其连锁距离为0. 69 cM。这为最终定位及克隆该矮生基因打下基础。

Abstract: Randomly Aplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was employed to detect a molecular marker linked to the dominant dwarf gene in apple. A RAPD marker OPE1521001was proved to be linked to the dwarf gene. The genetic distance is 0. 69 cM. This work has provided a basis for locating and cloning Dw gene in the future.
