Analysis and Cloning of NBS Class Disease Resistant Gene Analog in Cucumber

摘要: 简要报道利用简并引物从黄瓜基因组DNA中分离得到15条NBS类型RGA, 登录GenBank获得登录编号分别为AY5554822AY555495和AY545993。其中10条为可通读序列, 与已报道的甜瓜RGA有较高的同源性。

Abstract: Fifteen R-gene analogs ofNBSwere isolated from genomic DNA of cucumber using degenerate primer PCR, and obtained accession number from AY555482 to AY555495 and AY545993, respectively, in GenBank. Among these RGAs were translatable and showed high similarity with melon's RGAs reported.
