‘三月红’荔枝不同温度处理的成花效应

Flowering of ‘Sanyuehong’ Litchi with Treatments of Different Temperature Regimes

摘要: 利用控温室研究‘三月红’荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)成花诱导期和形态分化期不同的温度对成花的影响。结果表明,诱导期较低温(15 ℃/8 ℃,昼12 h/夜12 h),或者中度低温(18 ℃/13 ℃)处理,转移到高温(28 ℃/23 ℃)条件下,植株成花枝率低,而且也减少了每穗花的小花数和雌花质量。诱导期18 ℃/13 ℃,形态分化期15 ℃/8 ℃有利于成花。与18 ℃/13 ℃和15 ℃/8 ℃下发育的花芽相比,28℃/23 ℃下发育的花芽玉米素(ZRs)含量较低,而生长素(IAA)含量较高。高温处理下花芽中荔枝LEAFY同源基因(LcLFY)表达明显弱于低温处理。对不同温度下的成花与激素,以及与LcLFY表达的关系进行了分析讨论。

Abstract: Effects of different temperature treatments on ‘Sanyuehong’ litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) during floral induction stage and morphological differentiation stage were studied using growth chambers. The results showed that trees treated with low temperatures(15 ℃/8 ℃,day 12 h/ night 12 h),or medium low temperatures(18 ℃/13 ℃)in the induction stage then high temperatures(28 ℃/23 ℃)in the morphological differentiation stage had a low percentage of terminal branches flowering. High temperatures in the morphological differentiation stage decreased the number of flowers per panicle and fresh weight of female flower. It was suggested that 18 ℃/13 ℃ treatment in the induction stage and 15 ℃/8 ℃ treatment in the morphological differentiation stage would be beneficial for flowering. Compared with those in medium and low temperatures,floral buds in high temperatures had a lower flowering in different temperature treatments and phytohormones as well as LcLFY expression was content of zeatin(ZRs)and a higher content of auxin. The litchi LFY homologue(LcLFY)expression in floral buds in the high temperatures was weaker than that in low temperatures. The relationship between flowering indifferent temperature treatments and phytohormones as well as LcLFY expression was discussed.
