摘要: 建立了同时检测番茄抗根结线虫基因(Mi) 和抗叶霉病基因(Cf5) 的Mutiplex-CAPS技术,
并利用该技术检测了12份番茄材料含有的抗性基因。

Abstract: A Multiplex-CAPS technique for simultaneous identification of nematode resistant gene Mi and leaf mould resistant gene Cf5 was developed in tomato. And genes whether contain Mi and Cf5 were identified by using this technique in 12 different tomato materials.
