桂花胚的离体培养

摘要: 以不同发育时期的桂花胚为试材, 研究了不同生长调节剂组合、基本培养基、光照时间、蔗糖浓度对离体胚萌发, 以及不同培养基对萌发幼苗生根的影响。结果表明: 诱导胚萌发较理想的培养基为B5 + 6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1 +NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 +蔗糖3% ~5% , 光照12 h·d- 1 ; 生根较合适的培养基为B5 + IBA 2.0 mg·L - 1 +蔗糖3%。

Abstract: Factors which affect germination of different stage embryos of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. and rooting were studied. Results showed that the optimum medium for embryo culture was B5 + 6-BA 2.0 mg·L - 1 +NAA 0.1 mg·L - 1 + 3% sucrose, light were 12 h·d- 1. The op timum medium on rooting was B5 +
IBA 2.0 mg·L - 1 + sucrose 3%.
