葡聚六糖诱导黄瓜体内水杨酸的积累及其与抗霜霉病关系的初步研究

Accumulation of Salicylic Acid in Cucumber Treated with Glucohexaose and Its Relation to Systemic Acquired Resistance aga inst Cucumber Downy Mildew

摘要: 通过盆栽试验表明, 葡聚六糖连续处理黄瓜幼苗3次后, 可以诱导黄瓜抗霜霉病, 防效可达65.40%。通过反相HPLC法测定不同时间水杨酸含量表明, 葡聚六糖连续诱导处理黄瓜幼苗3次后水杨酸含量在诱导后1 d出现高峰, 且水杨酸含量在8 d内一直比对照略高。葡聚六糖仅处理1次时, 诱导叶(第1片真叶) 水杨酸含量显著提高, 在诱导后6 h出现1个高峰, 而非诱导叶(第2片真叶) 在12 h出现1个高峰。

Abstract: The potted test indicated that the glucohexaose can induce the disease resistance of cucumber to cucumber downy mildew and protective effect was 65.40% after glucohexaose inducing three times continuously. The content of salicylic acid in different time was assayed through reverse phase HPLC, which demonstrate that there is a peak in one day after glucohexaose inducing the young cucumber three times continuously, and SA content is alwaysmuch higher than control in eight days. When glucohexaose treats only one time,SA content of induced leaf ( the first euphylis) increase remarkably, and there is a peak in six hours, but noninduced leaf ( the second euphylis) having a peak in twelve hours after induce treatment.
