摘要: 就兰花的根、茎、叶、花和种子等方面的组织培养效率及外界条件的影响作简要综述,介绍
分子生物学技术用于兰花遗传多样性、分类、基因克隆和遗传改造等方面的研究进展。

Abstract: The eficiency of orchid tissue culture through root, stalk, leaf, flower and seed an d the influence of the exoteric environments on the tissue culture aIe briefly summarized an d the molecular biology used for genetic diversity,taxonomy, gene cloning and genetic modification of orchid is evaluated in this review.
