摘要: 以菜薹带柄子叶为外植体,采用农杆菌介导法将特异启动子PRS,一l与雪花莲凝集素(GNA)基
因构建的嵌合基因转化菜薹,获得26株Km抗性植株,经过PCR检测和PCR-Southem杂交分析证明其为转基因植株。

Abstract: Cotyledons with petiole of Flowering stalk were tran sform ed with the vector carrying a snowdrop lectin gene(Galanthus nivalid Agglutinin,GNA).Twenty—six transformants were obtained from cotyledons of Flowering Stalk. They were eonfimled to be transformants by the PCR and PCR—Southern blot analysis.
