混配醋糟复合基质对辣椒幼苗生长的影响

摘要: 以醋糟基质、草炭和蛭石为材料,按照不同比例混配形成醋糟复合基质,研究其理化性状和在辣椒育苗中的应用效果。结果表明,添加醋糟基质,提高了混配基质的总孔隙度和通气孔隙,降低了基质的持水孔隙,而添加蛭石则提高了混配基质的持水孔隙;纯醋糟基质营养元素含量和电导率(EC)高于草炭和蛭石;混配基质中醋糟基质的含量低于75%时,辣椒幼苗的株高、叶面积以及生物量等均大于对照;添加保水性能良好的蛭石,有助于辣椒幼苗的生长。

Abstract: The use of vinegar residue substrate as component of mixed substrate for pepper seedling growth instead of peat was studied. Vinegar residue substrate,peat and vermiculite were mixed in various ratios. Prior to sowing,some physical and chemical properties of the seedling substrates were determined and the growth of pepper seedling was also studied. In most of the cases,the addition of vinegar residue substrate to the seedling substrate produced an increase in total porosity and aeration porosity,a decrease in water holding porosity,whereas the content of vermiculite in mixed substrates increasing,the water holding porosity was also increased;The nutrient concentrations and electrical conductivity(EC)of vinegar residue substrate were higher than peat and vermiculite,less than 75% vinegar residue substrate using in mixed substrate,the plant height, total leaf area and biomass of pepper seedlings were better than control;The addition of vermiculite to the seedling substrate,which had good water holding capacity,the growth of pepper seedling was improved.
