Effects of Potassium Levels on Photosynthesis and Fruit Quality of Muskmelonin Medium Culture

摘要: 在基质栽培条件下,营养液中240 mg·L-1的钾素水平显著提高了叶片的净光合速率、果实的总糖、鲜味氨基酸、甜味氨基酸以及醋酸盐类香气组分 —戊基醋酸盐、丁基醋酸盐等的含量,改善了品质,但对产量无显著影响。在本试验范围内,过低或过高的钾素水平导致的叶片净光合速率下降是非气孔限制因素造成的。

Abstract:

Experiments showed that net photosynthetic rate of leaves,the concentration of total sugar,freshness amino acid,sweetness amino acid,and acetate components(n-amy1 acetate,2-butoxyethyl acetate)of flesh were significantly increased in 24O mg·L-1 potassium level, which resulted in improving photosyn thesis and quality of muskmelon.However,no significan t diference in yield was recorded among the treatments.Potassium imufllcient or excessive in this stuay resulted in increased non.stomatal linfirations to net photosyn thetic rate.Favorable nutrient value and flavor of muskmelon in medium culture were achieved when potassium level was adjusted to 240 mg·L-1 in this study.
