施碘对萝卜芽生长及其营养品质的影响

Effects of Iodine Application on Growth and Content of Iodine, Amino Acid,Vitamin C an d Fibre in Radish Sprouts

摘要: 以萝卜芽为材料,研究了不同方式加碘溶液培养时碘元素的效应。结果表明,浓度为0.5~1.5 mg/L的碘抑制萝卜芽根系生长,但增加萝卜芽可食部分维生素C含量、游离氨基酸总量和纤维素含量。当碘浓度超过1.5 mg/L时,其促进作用减弱甚至出现高碘毒害。萝卜芽可食部分含碘量随培养液碘浓度增加而大幅度上升,并且品种间及加碘方式间差异显著。

Abstract: Effects of iodine with diferent adding manner8 on radish sprouts in culture solution was studied.The results showed that the growth of the root,at iodine concentration of 0.5—1.5 mg/L,was restrained ,while the content of vitamin C, total free amino acid and fibre content in edible parts of radish sprouts were increased.the concentration exceeded 1.5 mg/L, the beneficial efects of iodine diminished even changed into toxic elfects.The iodine content in edible parts of sprouts mised up significantly with the increasing of the concentration of iodine in culturing solution.There existed significant diferences among varieties and between iodine adding n'ifllmer.
