缺磷胁迫下长豇豆幼苗膜脂过氧化及保护酶活性的变化

Changes of Lipid Peroxidation and Activities of Protective Enzymes in Asparagus Bean seedlings under Phosphorus-deficiency Stress

摘要: 研究对缺磷敏感程度不同的长豇豆品种在缺磷胁迫下叶片和根系SOD、CAT、POD活性及
MDA含量的变化。结果表明,对缺磷不敏感的‘芦花白’保护酶活性升高或升幅较大,对缺磷敏感的‘二芦白’则活性下降或升幅较小,缺磷胁迫下长豇豆根SOD和POD活性升高。

关键词: 豇豆, 磷, 膜脂过氧化, 保护酶

Abstract: act:Changes of activities of protective enzymes superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase (0 ),peroxidase(PoD)] and MDA contents in leaf and root of asparagus bean [ Vigna unquiculata W. ssp. (L.) Verd.cultivars differing in sensitivity to phosphorus-deficiency under phosphorus-deficiency
stress were studied. Under P deficiency stress, activities of protective enzymes in ‘Luhua bai’ increased or increased more,however that in ‘Erlu bai ’ decreased or increased less. Under P.deficiency P-activities of
SOD and POD in asparagus bean seedling root increased, enhanced llgnification of root and vessel diferentiation, then enhanced root capability of translocation and absorption of water and nutrient, that of ‘hlhu8 bai’increased iilore.
