白菜与芜菁亚种间杂交种及其亲本莲座期基因差异表达

摘要: 以白菜‘矮脚黄’97—3—2白交系(母本)、芜昔‘白蔓菁’001—24自交系(父奉)技 代
为材料,利用cI)NA—AFLP技术,分析杂种与亲本在莲座期l J 片的基因差异表达类型 结果表明,杂种和
亲本间存在显著的基因表达差异, 叮概括为杂种特异表达(UNF、 )、双亲共沉默(ABF.)、单亲丧达沉默
(UNP)和单亲表达一致(DMP)4种类型。

slon patterns at rosette stages were analyzed by using cDNA—AFLP. Four types of difierential gene exDress1’0n
patterns were detected between hybrid and their parents:bands observed only in F】not in parents(UNF 1):
bands observed in both parents but not in Fl(ABF1);bands observed only in one parent but not in F. and
another parent (UNP);bands observed in one parent and F】not in another parent (DMP).
