草莓六倍体种间杂种及其回交研究

摘要: 从草莓品种与野生种杂交组合哈尼(8x) ×黑龙江1号(5x)中得到一株六倍体种间杂种
HH一1(6x),对其植物学性状、果实性状、减数分裂行为及花粉大小等进行了观察研究,并用此6x杂种与
栽培品种哈尼和宝交早生进行回交得到了6x、7x、8x后代实生苗,对这些不同倍性杂种的来源进行分析

Abstract: The hexaploid interspecific hybrid HH一1 (6x)was obtained from the cross of cultivated
strawberry CV.Honeoye(8 x)with the natural wild species Heilongjiang 1(5 x).The botanical and fruiting
traits.meiosis and pollens of the hexaploid interspecific hybrid were observed.The hexaploid,heptaploid,
octoploid seedlings were obtained from the backcross of the hexaploid interspecific hybrid with cuhivars Ho—
neoye and Hokowase.The origins of the seedlings with various ploidy were postulated.
