蕨菜愈伤组织高效再生体系的建立

摘要: 报告了蕨菜不同外植体在含有不同激素的培养基上诱导、分化及生根情况,建立起高效再生
体系。诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基为1/2 MS+BA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NH4H2PO4 200 mg/L; 诱导愈伤组织芽分化的最适培养基为1/2 MS,芽分化率为100%; 不定苗在1/2 MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L 培养基上生根率为100%,同时可以形成健壮根茎;具有根茎的试管苗移栽成活率达94%。

Abstract:

Induction, diferentiation and rooting of different explants of Pteridium apuilimun were described on different medium in which contained different hormones and a high egicient plant regeneration system was established. The result showed that the most suitable medium was 1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NH4H2PO4; the induced frequency of bud from callus was 100% on medium in contained 1/2 MS; The radiation rate of adventitious seedling was 100% on medium 1/2MS + 0.2 mg/L IAA, simultaneously vigorous rhizome was formed and the survival rate of transplantation of test-tube seedling could reach a high level at 94%.
