低温弱光下k-1 杂交酸模叶绿素荧光及膜脂脂肪酸的变化

摘要: 低温弱光胁迫下黄瓜叶片的最大光化学效率(Fv/ Fm) 和实际光化学效率( Fv'/ Fm') 急剧下降, 而酸模叶片的Fv/ Fm和ФPSII 只轻微下降。低温处理后, 酸模PG饱和脂肪酸含量下降, 有利于提高膜的稳定性; Trans-3-16∶1 含量下降程度不大, LHC Ⅱ寡聚体解聚程度不严重, 因而抗冷性较强。

Abstract: During low temperature and weak light stress , Fv/ Fm and ФPSII in Rumex leaves were higher than that in cucumber leaves. Content of saturated fatty acids of PGin Rumex leaves decreased under low temperature and weak light , which is benefited to enhance membrane stability under low temperature. Trans-3-16∶1 in Rumex leaves decreased less than in cucumber under stress , indicating the slight degradation of LHCII oligmer.This might be important for Rumex to maintain higher photochemical activity under low temperature
