一个与甘蓝显性雄性不育基因连锁的RFLP 标记

摘要: 运用RFLP 技术, 采用集群分析(BSA) 法进行了甘蓝显性雄性不育基因连锁的分子标记研究, 结果表明, 该显性不育基因与RFLP 标记pBN11 连锁, 经两个回交群体检测, 其遗传距离分别为5.189和1.787 cM, 首次将该不育基因被定位于第1 和第8 条染色体上。

Abstract: Bulked segregant analysis was used to identify RFLP marker linked to a dominant male sterile gene in cabbage ( Brassica oleracea var. capitata) . The dominant male sterile gene was found to be linked to RFLP marker pBN11. The genetic distance between the marker and the dominant male sterile gene is 5.189 cM and 1.787 cM in two backcross populations , respectively. The gene was located on chromosome 1 and 8.
