摘要: 综述了种子脱水耐性的研究现状, 探讨了种子脱水耐性与保护系统(蛋白质、糖、抗氧化系统和ABA等) 之间的相关性, 阐述种子脱水耐性的生理机理和分子机制, 并指出在种子脱水耐性研究方面存在的不足和今后应进一步关注的问题。

关键词: 种子, 脱水耐性, 保护系统

Abstract: The paper is reviewed the research situation of desiccation tolerance in seed, and discussed correlation between desiccation tolerance and p rotective systems, which include p roteins, sugars, antioxidative systems, ABA and so on. The defections at research and the questions for paying-attention further on desiccation tolerance of seed are pointed out, which the physiology and molecular mechanism for desiccation tolerance of seeds is introduced.
